Neck and Trap Release

  • Extend both arms from your sides at a 45-degree angle.

  • Turn 1 thumb up and the opposite thumb down.

  • Rotate head towards thumb up side.

  • Slowly rotate the head to the other side while turning thumbs.

  • Repeat 10 times.
